Regional Sales Manager

As we sustain our growth with the pioneering in-kind benefit solutions we offer corporate clients, we are looking for a "Regional Sales Manager" to be based in Istanbul, joining our team and sharing in our success.

About the Role

• Owns a portfolio of corporate clients
• Preferably with sales experience in prepaid cards, meal cards and employee rewards products
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical thinker
• Highly self-motivated
• Holds a driving license and is an active driver

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process with a focus on target-based field sales of iWallet Corporate products, after-sales services, developing the existing customer portfolio and acquiring new customers
• Protect the existing customer portfolio in line with company policies while carrying out the activities needed to find new customers
• Arrange appointments with prospective companies and conduct visits
• Build a new customer portfolio
• Conduct customer needs analysis and sales forecasts
• Support the development of sales strategies
• Ensure the continuity of customer satisfaction
• Follow up contract renewal and/or termination processes
• Monitor and report competitors, activities and trends in the relevant market

Qualifications

• Associate degree, preferably a graduate of a 4-year program
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales
